The A.S.P.P. (Akron Society of Professional
Photographers) is a group of wedding, portrait, fashion and
commercial photography professionals serving the
needs of the Akron, Ohio region. Search our members
This is achieved through the support network of individual members in the
group, and the continued education of members through monthly meetings and
informative speakers.
Our monthly meetings are held at
Yokono's restaurant on the West side of Akron, OH
each 3rd Monday evening.
Upcoming Speakers/meetings;
March 21, 2011 meeting
to be held at Harvey Horton's studio. His address is
1380 Benton St. in Barberton (his studio looks like a five car garage
with a red door on it). Bring your camera because we'll be doing a live
shoot with Master Photographer Ellie Vayo. It will be a boudoir session
with a model. Dinner (pizza) will be served promptly at 7 p.m. Due to
the fact that the ASPP is supplying pizza it would be wonderful if you
could please contact me for reservations so we can get a head count as
to how much food to order. If
you want to bring a guest or two, we will welcome them with open arms!
The more the merrier! Members are free, non members/guests $10.
